It is very necessary to adopt EPSS to help network administrators establish a rapid diagnosing and finding a solution or a strategy to the problem and improving the efficiency of network administrators system.According to the discussion and studying on the performance technology, electronic performance technology and knowledge services, we have already hackled a network fault management system design EPSS guiding theory. By analyzing the network fault management, workflow and routine tasks, design and development of a network fault management EPSS system, described a network fault management system architecture model based EPSS.This paper details the EPSS system, network fault management function modules, and describes the role of each functional module. The system by introducing key technology and uses flow charts to demonstrate how the system a way to help network administrators diagnose and propose solutions to problems.We have already found a way to help network administrators to do the fast determine and solve the network problems. Network administrators can use the finding function which the system implied to look up the similar problems they have faced.
