How to realize the anticipated drive or the vibration response was one of technical targets in the process of development and application about the indoor path simulation test system, and it was also the important component of the entire system development. This topic's research goal was to design the drive control method in order to reappear the actual operating mode response accurately for the automobile electric system indoor path simulation test.Based on the long time history control technology, the newest vibration control method and the development application process were introduced in detail in this article.First, the paper introduced the present development situation which was about the indoor path simulation test system technology. It also summarized the drive methods of the system to vibrate and introduced the theories which were closely related with dynamic acquisition and analysis. Next, acquisition and analysis on vehicle vibration spectrum were introduced and the gathering data were confirmed reasonably, the article also analyzed the characteristic of the goal measuring point response. Then, the paper outlined the main composition on the indoor path simulation test system and introduced the systems control principle and the process of shock excitation with emphasis. After proved the important meaning about the ideal vibration response spectrum establishment, it narrated alternately the vehicle vibration spectrum establishment process and how to appraisal the system control quality. Finally, the system's operation utilization process was introduced briefly, which examined the accuracy of vehicle vibration spectrum and confirmed the success for the overall system development.
