The popularity of computer technology and personal computer makes the PC game industry in an unprecedented boom. The game industry, known as the sunrise industry, pollution-free and golden industries, has become a new economic growth point in China's economic restructuring. But the game industry has also incurred some criticisms, mainly about whether the game content is healthy or not; the sense of isolation caused by the players'addiction and the lack of effective physical activity. As the living standard improved, people pay more attention to health. Proprioceptive game emerged in this context, which is based on some kind of fitness equipment involving the innovation of virtual reality. Playing the game I have mentioned above, you can gain the virtual experience as same as what we get from games and matches in the real world, which is produced by the digital environment. But at the present, there is still a big gap in the design, the applications and the interactive technology of Proprioceptive game between what is in the foreign countries. Meanwhile, for now, the Proprioceptive game in foreign countries is just limited to family leisure fitness, while cannot achieve the purpose of a large amount of exercise and multiple players' interactive fitness. This essay explains about the research of the design and the operating technology to improve the level of Proprioceptive game in our country. It also has some theoretical significance and huge market potential.This essay points out the background information and the significance of the project by analyzing the present situation and problems of the development of Proprioceptive game at home and abroad, and also has the project design and exploitation. It first exclaims the game development process, which includes of design, programming as well as art and based on which, we carry out the work of game design. It primarily reflected how to express the game in its design, and meanwhile, we apply the humane design according to the particularity of the project. Afterwards, we begin the programming, with the game project's key technology research, including network communications, vehicle collisions and artificial intelligence Then the graphic designing, with the research of the scene Billboard technology, Particle system, the LOD technology, the technology of advanced engine rendering and the particularity of the game art modeling is also included. At last, a successful business Demo comes out. With the lifelike three-dimensional scenes, the real-time interaction, the intelligent NPC designing, the interesting game-playing ways as well as the interaction of multi-players'competition, Proprioceptive game brings about not only multiple usage of vision, sense of touch, but also lots of exercise. The theory and method in this system can not only be applied in fitness cycling game, but also can be used in rowing fitness game, treadmill fitness game and even more, which indicates the bright prospect of application.
