The computer software and application technology have made extensive and in-depth development,and spread to every walk of life.However, There are still a number of the software crisis in software industry. For example, the success rate of software development project is low, and the software system cannot be well to meet the user needs,and so on. How can we improve the success rate of software development project? How to obtain the user needs efficiently and correctly? It has become the basis and key for the software development process. Meanwhile,it is also worthy of further study and exploration of issues.Author participated in the research and development of the sixth subject:‖Verification and Demonstration– the On-Demand Answers Prototype System to Serve the Public‖, of the National 973 Projects:―Requirements Engineering - Basic Research of Complex Systems in Software Engineering‖. As background to this article, it will be studied and analyzed in system about the techniques and methods of networking software and application in the field of urban traffic in the paper.Firstly, author put forward the networking software requirements elicitation framework and model,according to the requirements elicitation techniques and methods of networking software. Then, it is explained in detail that Web services and service composition, as well as custom software in the text.Through analyzing thoroughly custom software development method based on the prototype reconstruction, custom software development method domain-oriented, and based on model-driven, author submitted the framework and model of service composition-oriented mass customization development in order to provide theoretical guidance and technical support for software development.Finally, Under the guidance of the requirement meta-modeling framework and RGPS meta-model theory, induced by urban traffic travel use-case model, passed through the Visual Studio 2005 development platform, regarded SQL Server 2005 as a back-end database, used by ASP.NET dynamic web site technologies and C# programming language, the author designed and developed a verifiable demonstration platform——city transport domain-oriented network software prototype system.The prototype system further verifies theory and methods about the networking software requirements elicitation framework and model, and RGPS model and modeling in the field of urban traffic, and service composition-oriented mass customization development.This research work on networking software development method in other areas of research and application also has some theoretical significance and practical value.
