At present, the level of the automation of most Mass Spectrometry (MS) in our country is still low, it is mainly manual or semi-automatic, which makes MS measurement and control a time-consuming and intensive work, and via the implementation of the automation of MS measurement and control this situation will be effectively alleviated.As the function finished by measurement and control software has generality and comparability to a great extent, the characteristics of higher dependability, portability, maintainability and reusability are required to measurement and control software. All these characteristics are not only reflected in the operating system and programming language, but also reflected in the method to design measurement and control software. Object-oriented technique is a new way of a kind of software engineering created gradually in practice in order to improve the dependability, portability and reusability of software system.This text studies the methods of designing mass spectrometry measurement and control software based on object-oriented technique. The development of mass spectrometry measurement and control software has experienced object-oriented analysis, object-oriented design, object-oriented implementation and testing, etc. According to the measurement principle and control system structure of mass spectrometer, process demand analysis, including technology requirements and functional requirements.Establish analysis models of measurement and control software based on Object-oriented modeling language UML, including static and dynamic models, that is use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram and activity diagram; Establish design models based on analysis models, including human-computer interface design, data storage design, interface communication design; Interface communication design includes RS232 serial interface communication, IEEE488 parallel interface communication, and PCL730 card I/O port interface communication; In Windows, establish a software framework of single document and multi view based on Visual C++ MFC, for the class implementation, the realization of the user interface, file system implementation, interface communication implementation, etc; Interface communication implementation includes implementation of RS232 serial communication in use of MSComm control, IEEE488 parallel communication with WinDriver tools, PCL730 card I/O communication with WinIO library. At last, make a test of measurement and control software.The mass spectrometer measurement and control software has good automation, high reliability, easy upgrading, friendly interface and feature development potential, good maintainability, and has broad application prospects.
