Project Integration Management In The Data-Mining Project

For the understanding of PMP theory, the author introduced the PMP knowledge to daily work to optimize and standardize the project management.Crisp-DM consortium divided the data-mining project to six sections:Business understanding, Data understanding, Data preparation, Modeling, Evaluation and Deployment. But it's only based on the technical aspect, not involved the project management theory. It is not easy for the project manager to monitor and manage the project.The author divided the data-mining project to five processes, same as PMP theory: Start, Plan, Implement, Monitor and Finish. He want to manage the project under the critical define of the every part of the project life circle.This thesis summarized how to use the PMP knowledge in the daily work, and standardized the processes of data-mining. It is a good example in the future work.
