National Tax Department Information System Network Security Analysis And Strategy

With the rapid development of information technology and the rapidly growing popularity of network applications,China's national economic and social information to accelerate the pace of the process, information systems, overall the growing role of information resources has become the country's economic construction and national development one of strategic resources. The protection of national information security, to safeguard the public interest, is the national information technology development of the urgent need to address major problems.National information security system, the whole work is still at the initial stage, the foundation is weak, the level is not high, the following problems: information security awareness and the capacity of weak security, information security and information-based development lags behind; information system construction and management of security the goal is not clear; information security the focus of the work is not prominent; information security based on the lack of supervision and management and standards,regulatory measures to be put in place to monitor the system to be perfect.In this paper, the existence of the tax system network security risk analysis and security risk analysis based on the design of business requirements for national security framework; and better combination of the current range of security technologies, such as in the specific technical details to achieve conduct research and design, design a suitable model of national network security (intrusion detection system model,vulnerability detection and active defense system model, identity authentication and access control model and the overall security model), and the corresponding solution.At present, the entire national network of security-building is still in its initial stage, no mature experience and management style, lack of system, the guiding ideology, in this context to the relevant theory as a guide, explore meet the actual needs, and to meet the needs of the future development of network information security and system architecture, construction methods and the implementation of processes to achieve information security goals, for the construction of national information security guidance and have some reference, research has strong interoperability and reference value.
