In recent years, the number of Internet resources grows geometrically, and various types of resource platform also emerge endlessly. Resource and content become another kind of precious wealth of the Internet. The network information resources--compared with other entities of resources, such as coal resources, the particularity of oil resources, water resource which can be produced into product when there's any--is much different. The network resources are valuable information and tools that people can share and reuse. Different people can gain their cognition and comprehension. Network resources have some special properties, such as scientific and objective, uniqueness and novelty; these are the unique properties. The network information resources are of many kinds, such as audio, video, web pages, and backend equipment for application. The user can do some complicated calculation only through some simple operation, the backend server divide these operations into Sub-Operations, do parallel computing, and return the final result to the users, This is the so called cloud computing concept proposed by some big Internet firms such as Google and Amazon.Based on these new problems and new applications, this paper puts forward a new effective method of the network information resources on resources platform of resource management, and cross-platform resource sharing and searching mode. With cloud computing concept and the semantic web, a solution based on the resource description framework technology is brought out to solve these problems. This technology will be used in various applications. At present, the web service with is comparatively mature network service technology so it is integrated in the solution for providing most excellent support for the management of network resources sharing and.This article introduces the network information resources with a detail description and the application method, the process of sharing platform and search method, and the effectiveness of this method and main advantages are discussed, and finally proposes the resource cloud concept and its future prospects based on the cloud computing concept. This paper confirms the method has the versatility and practical application value from the view of network information resources sharing and manageability.
