It is useful for business letters, business development, newspapers deliever, EMS, package, etc. Through analyzing and mining mass of the postal data, traders of home appliances going to the countryside can use this system to select out the well targeted address data, and then make of business letters to do selective and customized promotion for rural areas and farmers, make point-to-point propaganda of the issue of national policy, the enterprise introduction, their products Introduction to improve the marketing and economic benefits of businessman, while the government and other units can also use this system do some policies, the information transmission, etc.This paper uses Delphi6.0 as a receptionist development tools, using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as a backend database, finds out questions, problem analysis, solves the problem with scientific method, and summarizes the system development process. First, start from the feasibility and analysis requirement, then analyze the address information system which have involved with mass of rural address, make sure the programs and channels of data collection, sum up the processing steps after the data collection input system. Second, analyze system structure and main function of the system according to the requirements of software design, make sure the whole structure of the system. Third, do the specific programming, texting and amending.The last one, entry the collected data in system, run into actual operation.
