Design And Implementation Of Land Trade Management Information System Based On Workflow

In recent years, with the quickly developing of economy of China, land resource has become a kind of economic resource. Land trade has become a kind of economic activity which is significantly influencing on our society. Government at all levels set higher requirements for the normalization and openness of the land trade and the in time and accurately dealing with the trade date. However, land trade data still relies on the manual management now, which cannot satisfy the demand. Thus, it is very important in practice to enhance the land trade management level that a land trade information system is established with the aid of computer and web techniques, which can reflect the conditions of all aspects of the land trade and comparatively analyze that according to some index.Firstly, the developing status and some key techniques of the Management Information System (MIS) are introduced and the principle and method of Workflow are mainly discussed in this thesis. Secondly, under the work backgrounds of Tianjin Municipal Administration of State Land Resources and Housing, the operation demands of the land trade chain are analyzed in depth. Lastly, a land trade management system is given using workflow technique based on the B/S mode. The demand analysis, system design and practice process are described in details and the specific methods and steps of using Workflow software (Sage CRM) to achieve the land management business are given.The system can timely deal with the dynamic information of all aspects from purchase to sale and accurately reflect the conditions of purchase, arrangement, store, and land remise fund collation and can create the comparative graph of multi criteria and full range trade conditions etc. which provide the graph, data and analysis reference support for land management decision. Specially, the using of Workflow makes the system can deal with the daily work of the land trade in accordance with the varying operation regulars, which increases the flexibility of the system.
