Design And Implement Of Laboratory Project Management System Shanghai Jiao Tong University

Laboratory is the research and development base of Science and Technology in universities, but now outdated information and project management methods have been greatly limited the work and learning efficiency of students. For this situation, the artical describle how a laboratory project management system is designed and implemented using AJAX and WebWork framework. Which focuses primarily on the project process management of the laboratory progress, technical resources reusing and information laboratory management. System can not only better track record of project process, for the technology involved in the process can also be reused in the future.This article is based on existing laboratory project management processes and data archiving methods to analyze and design all aspects of the system. First of all, we analyze the business processes of project management, daily management and documentation archiving method of the laboratory project management system. Combined with the latest research of laboratory management systems and project management, we obtained requirements of the laboratory project management system.In the part of system implementation, we use Java programming language, WebWork + Spring + Hibernate Integration Framework for the back-end technology and MyEclipse, MySQL and other open-source software for a programming environment to achieve this method of laboratory project management system prototype, and has been deployed in the laboratory practically using on the server.
