To improve the accuracy of information search, timeliness, on the military intelligence system is very important, therefore, this paper has a certain research value and practical significance.Study of the theme and thematic web crawler search engine, the key technologies of its working principle in-depth analysis, in-depth study of the DOM tree model and the word co-occurrence model, Military Theme Dictionary built on word co-occurrence model based on the DOM tree, you can effectively guide the military theme of the search engine page collection.On the base of analyzing the structure of hyperlinks of the HTML page in depth,we've add weighting coefficient analysis of anchor text content and dynamic evaluation strategy,proposed algorithm improved,to the formation of search strategy of a comprehensive dynamic URL link structure.The improved algorithm simplified the calculation of priorities according to give a different weighting factor based on the different types of links and combined with a dynamic value evaluation through the "tunnel",effectively reduces the "short-sighted" issues and "topic drift" phenomenon, is a kind of practical and efficient strategy for the theme of collecting.We have designed for the military theme of the overall framework of search engine system and to achieve the theme of which reptile module, theoretical analysis and experimental results are given, from the test results, basically meet the system's design requirements.
