Introduced a kind of testing system of Aerodynamic Parameters Test in Multi-sensors.Aiming to the current state of hard measuring data and unable to carring out the actual flight test,especially for the thin-airfoil Model that have characteristics of thin wings,surface testpoints intensive and more testing parameters,which makes testing more difficult,so combining with more practical engineering practice,having studied sensors structure and function and the theory of intelligent sensor system, a new Multi-sensors Aerodynamic Parameters Test System has been designed,that is the airfoil Model surface multi parameters of pressure and temperature were tested and gathered,then stored and final processed。The prototype have been completed.This paper introduced design details of data acquisition part,controlling part and ethernet interface module,according to the design requirements of densely test points and small measuring surface,analyzed advantages of the present sensing elements including pressure,vebrition and temperature,choosed light sized sensor elements to meet the project demandments,then regulated the gathered analog signal,finished data signals'storage and transmission in controlling part,that is real-time database were sent to PC through Ethernet,finally gave the prototype and results;It also introdued design details of sensor calibration experiment,illustrated that how to realized sensor calibration and gave the calibration process and datas; and finally described system assembly,This test system should complete the testing in the wind tunnel,so it must be insure that testing surface in which sensors embedded has good airtightness,that required the better airtightness in each step of system assembly process through testing ,it showed that the design basically reached design standards.
