The development of smart car technology is an important symbol and embodiment of national high technology and industrial automation. The smart car technology combines computer, control theory, organization, information and sensor technology, artificial intelligence and other disciplines, is currently a hot research direction, Its applications are increasingly widespread, it will be play an increasingly important roll in human life.Based on the the existing smart car model and control strategy, the paper proposed a set of intelligent car system scheme that can meet the requirements of the experiments and practical work, according to this scheme, the smart car control experimental platform was designed using the ultrasonic ranging sensors as the navigation way.The platform including PC and lower machine two-frame structure: PC contains the computer and wireless communication modules, receiving and processing the environmental information of smart car, and path planning; lower machine contains the smart car body structure, responsible for sending environmental information of smart cars and act control commands in accordance with PC action task.The 3-style sports car is mechanical structure of the smart car platform,the Microchip company's 16 bits dsPIC MCU is the core controller, combining the theory of fuzzy control ,the control system of smart car navigation.was designed basing on the fuzzy logic control.The scheme implements the modular decomposition of the system function, improve the system's flexibility and scalability.Finally, simulation results show that the smart car has better obstacle avoidance capability.The model meets the functional requirements of embedded control systems and time requirements, the algorithm simple, efficient, and to achieve the stability of the system of effective control. Finally, for smart car control system made by the latter part of the development research summary and outlook.
