As information technology quickly develops, the demand for mobile communications becomes more and more strong, and wireless communications networks have also been rapid development and popularization. But for some special situation, the traditional fixed network and the wireless networks which require pre-deployment network infrastructure have been impossible or difficult to be used effectively. For example, in the battlefield troop advance and expand fast in battlefield, after an earthquake or flood rescue as so on. In such a case would require a temporary and quick self-organizing wireless network technology, namely, Ad Hoc network communication technologies.Ad Hoc network is a wireless, mobile, self-organizing network. It has no central control node, and the mobile nodes can be in communication with each other using multi-hop wireless links. MANET is an emerging research are with practical applications. However, wireless MANET is particularly vulnerable due to its fundamental characteristics ,such as open medium, dynamic topology, distribute cooperation, and constrained capability. Security issue is one of the most important problem in the development of Ad Hoc network.First of all, this dissertation proposes a mobile agent-based intrusion detection system in Ad Hoc networks according to the characteristics of the network. The system avoids unnecessary overhead, and distributes the processing time of the IDS system to each node to reduce the resource consumption of each node to the lowest point by distributing the agents with IDS function effectively. Meanwhile, the network was divided into clusters and then distributes the different agents.This dissertation analyzes in detail the working process and potential insecurity factors in AODV protocol, proposes a new solution for black hole problem.The solution can not only resolve the black hole problem efficiently but also eliminate the leak of some solutions in existence.Our mechanism is also validated with analyse and some simulation work showing its feasibility,performance and benefits. |
