The combination of fiber image transsmission components with linear array CCDs makes new excellent photoelectric sensors by low cost, which is an important expansion of application of linear array CCDs. The pixel number of an ordinary linear array CCD is limited, and it needs more comfortable work environment. There is always field curvature in image of large field optical systems. Pixels of linear linear CCD are arraged by line, due to which CCD can not correct field curvature. As the jionation of fiber image transsnission components, some numbers of linear array CCDs are combined, by which a high pixel linear array optical sensor has been got. And the working environment of CCDs is improved. The receiver of fiber image transmission can be manufactured as same as image surface of optical system to correct field curvature effectively and improve image quality.The main work of this dissertation includes:(1) To develope large linear optic digital devices combined by fiber image transmission components and linear CCDs, the device can expand the imaging scope of linear array CCDs, improve its measurement accuracy effectively, and realize the optical system field curvature correction. An invention patent (accepted), and a utility model patent (authorized) is formated.(2) To analyze the structure of fiber image transmission component and CCD, to build an optimized matching model through simulation of the image transmission mathematics model, to test the results with experiments, to provide the basis for choice of fiber imaging system components.(3) To discuss key issues of the design of fiber digital optic lens. Good surface shape processing performance of fiber image transmission components helps to correction of field curvature aberration of optical system to achieve high image quality with a simple and compact structure. It is verified by an experiment that fiber image transmission components can correct field curvature of optic lens systems.(4) To analysis drive timing requirements of linear array CCD. The key to fiber digital devices work properly is driver for CCD. Thedrive timing is a complex set of regular pulses. This dissertation uses a CPLD device to design drive circuit for the linear array CCD, which fully meet its drive requirements.The driver is very convenient to make changes and transplanted.
