With the emergence of the Internet and the rapid development of IP technology, IP network is a simple transfer from the original data to be capable of carrying data, voice, image, video, multimedia network changes. The existing communications network operator provides a "best effort" service, can not be guaranteed real-time multimedia service quality of service QOS, gradually revealed its inherent limitations, has become increasingly unable to adapt to the new situation, an urgent need to change and development. Present a unified IP bearer network will be an integrated multi-service IP bearer, how to solve their business carrying a number after the quality assurance, as well as their business, after carrying the protection of the relationship between them and the grading problem is that we must seriously discuss and studyThis paper studies the IP network QoS techniques. First of all, introduces the basic concepts of QoS, parameter indicators that are currently more popular and commonly used mechanism for QoS network model. The study focused on differential service model of queuing and scheduling mechanism. With China Telecom CN2 network QOS norms, standards and Ningxia IP telecom bearer networks, a comprehensive structural characteristics and various bearer services QOS support requirements, design development of Ningxia IP MAN telecommunications network QOS service classification, all kinds of business form of protection, and overall network load model, concludes with the implementation of emerging issues and the future direction of development and deployment of QOS and trends.
