E-document Transmission System Design And Implement Based On SSH

As a very important part of administrative work, document processing is time-consuming and labor-intensive, manual handling has a serious shortcoming in timeliness and correctness. Using information technology in the documents processing can improve its work efficiency and accuracy of the results .So electronic document transmission system came into being. Electronic document transmission system, as the important component in the collaborative office automation phase, uses the computer technology, network technology and database technology to control and integrate the enterprises and institutions in their daily work flow of business document all of the information based the process of e-document business. Document transmitted electronically can speed up the pace of information construction of enterprises, meanwhile, promote the simplification and standardization of the business management processes related with documents in institutions and enterprises.Firstly, this paper introduces the concept and application of the document transmission, and then analysis the using of J2EE, MVC and other related technology in the implement of our system. Through the integrated study to the work mechanism, system roles and system use cases of electronic document transmission system, the abstraction of the problem domain, an accurate understanding of system requirements and operation mechanism within the system.Secondly, based on the common function requirements of the electronic document transmission, to explore the use of J2EE technology and SSH (Struts+Spring+Hibernate) technology in application development. Designing a database, forms, views, to achieve a document transmission system with document create, send, receiving check and statistics, at the same time adding the role of management to control the operation of the authority, and through the operation of the audit function to regulate the system operations personnel. And use the general testing method, designing system test cases to test system availability, accuracy, etc.Finally, this article is summarized, and from the integration and implement of document transmission gives the research and construction of transmission system to be improvement.
