| In early 2004,Luoyang Mobile has built the foundation CMNET network covering city and counties of data networks.The purpose of Luoyang data networks is the first building group and broadband Internet users access to personal service for customers, but also provide independent virtual private network (VPN) network, along with the rapid spread of the value-added services, data networks has to carry out various business, such as the speech and video data, etc.In the future, the data networks is expected to carry:MPLS VPN services,group clients access to the Internet business,group district line access to the Internet business, business hall access and soft switching on the IP telephone, broadband access, video conference public and multicast (IPTV) business, the soft switch business, etc.The current data networks already cannot satisfy the demand of the business that data networks have changed.This paper from the development has analysed the current situation of Luoyang mobile data networks, and point out the problems.There are several aspects of the new data networks of planning and design showing below:(1)To analyze the problems in equipment configuration, bandwidth and business support.(2)According to the data networks technology development present situation, decide the system structure of network. (3)Route planning:including the partition of autonomous domain, routing protocol selection, routing strategies.(4)IP address planning:Including the strategy for loopback addresses, equipment Internet addresses and data networks broadband user address.(5)The performance of network security:including the calculation and test analysis for delay, jitter and packet loss, the QoS of Luoyang mobile data networks.(6)Implementation of systems:including the implementation of access layer, core layer, and convergence layer.(7)After the project, we have tested the single point. The construction of the new data networks have gained the desired effect. |
