A Study On Negative Effects Of Network From The Perspective Of Technical Values

Internet becomes an indispensable implement when human beings are ushering in the network era, which is bringing human beings glorious materiel and spiritual civilizations. However, with the great development of network technique, it brings people joys and worries as well. Network technique is just like a two-edged sword, getting the whip hand over our human beings, and it has become a superpower worldwide. Owing to its convenience, swiftness, and freedom from spatial-temporal restraint, network technique is changing human beings life, and after the 1970s in particular, it has exerted great effects on market economy, cultural traditions, spirit of the age, and life development. While the whole world applauds for the achievements of network technology, negative effects brought in by the network also increasingly emerge in politics, economy, culture and ethnics. People begin to realize that network is like a language dump and an electronic heroin, which cause porn and violence to spread widely. Therefore, they reasonably start to study network technique and find out the solution from different perspectives so as to reduce or even eliminate its negative effects. Unfortunately, people have been stuck in the negative effects of the network technology and how to tackle it has become a tough work for us.It is believed that the network exists as a technology and its negative effects are the concrete embodiment of the negative effect of the technical value. The author attempts to discuss it from the perspective of technical value to work out a way to improve it, in hopes of, also helping people to be more objective and clearer about the root of negative effects of the network, and to deepen their theoretical knowledge of the negative effects of the network. Therefore natural and social values of technology and the historical progress of network are analyzed by the author from the perspective of their technical values. The author in the thesis offers a comprehensive and deep view on the influences brought by network on both people and society, and thus diagnoses the factors forming the network technical negative value and points out a feasible way to cope with the network negative effect from the technical, legislative, moral and practical aspect.
