Nowadays, to achieve quality education and lifelong education has become the requirements of the educational system, In education, people pay more attention to the improvement of people's overall quality and the development of personality characteristics. Although the traditional classroom teaching model is changing to personalized education gradually, there is little progress of the personalized teaching as the constraints of the traditional pattern Whole Class Teaching.With the computer technology and network technology application and development, the emergence of adaptive learning systems to enable people to see the realization of personalized education and the dawn of life-long education. Adaptive learning system, through the design knowledge base, rule base and the learner characteristics of the teaching library, in order to achieve for the learner characteristics of personalized teaching. However, the ever-changing personality characteristics of learners to achieve a true highly adaptive learning system has not yet achieved, Therefore, the study personality characteristics of learners, Designed to guide the learners self-learning law program and in accordance with the teaching process personality characteristics of learners is to improve the adaptive learning system key.In this paper, the current status of Adaptive Learning System, By analyzing the function of lack of systematic study, learning the program a single, interactive and adaptive system, the causes of poor, Presents a fusion of multiple intelligences theory of learning styles and personalized Learner Model. And this model is based on the system for every personality characteristics of learners in line with the learning programs, Under the guidance of the learning program, in line with learner style characteristics dynamically generated sequence of activities, call the learners preferred resource type, Learning behavior of learners through the tracking and analysis, proposed a learning program adaptive optimization algorithm, Learners use the system, the more the number, the system designed for learners to learn the program more in line with personality characteristics of learners in order to achieve true self-adaptive.The content in this thesis is as following:In chapter 1, describes the research background and research topic status, defines the scope of the study of this article.In chapter 2, elaborated on the research of education and teaching of this theoretical basis, by teaching theory and learning theory research, the theory of the adaptive learning system to support elements of the refining and learning. Describes the design and development of adaptive learning systems applied to the key technologies of artificial intelligence, including knowledge representation, pattern matching, search algorithms and uncertainty reasoning.In chapter3, based on the existing adaptive learning systems and the architecture, I proposed a new adaptive system. It includes the architecture, the processes of the system and the details of the improved functional modules. It also includes the ontological description of the learning model and the domain knowledge model.In chapter 4, the design of personalized learning program for the core modules of the system. Using the principle and the key element of learning programs, I proposed a learning program template that corresponds with all types of learners and all kinds of courses. There are also adaptive optimization algorithm and the dynamic optimization of this system.In chapter 5, the author made two important arithmetics about the development of personalized learning programs in the adaptive learning system.In chapter 6, the author makes the system come out and shows the running results.In chapter 7, the author made a conclusion on this thesis and then indicated some Shortcomings and the next research goal.The creative and contributions in this thesis can be summed up as following: A comprehensive and systematic study of the adaptive learning system design and improvement, based on original adaptive learning system, Bloom Taxonomy of Educational Objectives combines the theory of multiple intelligence theory and learning style theory, As well as individual learners mining techniques to improve the system..Proposed to develop personalized learning program modules, design adaptive learning programs stronger generic template, Learner's learning activities will be split, for packaging and reorganization, personality characteristics can be achieved for learners generate personalized learning programs, while allowing learners to learn self-editing programs to improve learner self-learning initiative.Learning programs proposed in the adaptive optimization algorithm, anglicizing Learner's behavior, learners'relative speed and mastery of knowledge points, teaching resources and activities of the sequence of a reasonable degree of preference for degrees in four areas of learning programs to achieve self-adaptive optimization.
