Robots are applied to all walks of life replacing humankind to complete more and more practical tasks as the science and technology develop rapidly. More various exchange channels of informational communication is required to establish between robots and realistic world in the development of robotic technology. The study of this thesis belongs to one section in the whole billiard robot program. Owing to the limit of reserved extension interface line quantity designed primarily for billiard robot, this research starts with the extensional requirement of sensor signal and unmatched interface line quantity in the robotic system to make study of the collection for rotating encoder data from the striking crane of the billiard robot in the method of wireless technique.1.To carry on the study of the collection for angle data of the new model magnetic rotary encoder and associated application of wireless communication technique in low power consumption in the self-determination robotic system. To realize real-time collection of the angle data of the new model magnetic rotary encoder and provides the solution of angle data transmission through the wireless way at low power consumption. The thesis completes the point to point wireless communication experiment at low power consumption and discusses the relation between the pack loss ratio during the transmission and transmission distance.2.The research makes profitable exploration of the processing on the external system for the sensor data transmitted from billiard robot in the view of issues like limitation of the system resource carried by existing billiard robot, which significantly release the working pressure on the robotic core components and upgrade the interactive competence between the robot and external environment for the new pathway that will access to more extensional function development of billiard robot.3.The study of the thesis not only adopts the wireless communication to avert the occupation of reserved signal interface in robotic system but also uses battery power supply for data collecting circuit to save the reserved power line in robotic system being the fact that the quality limit of the robot reserved extensional interface line. Therefore, the thesis also makes further study of the relations between the power supply voltage fall on the transmission module supplied by battery power and a packet loss ratio during the wireless transmission.As the further fusion and development of the sensors, embedded technology and wireless communication technology, the data collecting method is about to play more important role in the interactive application between billiard robot and external environment, making billiard robot better interact with external world and providing necessary guarantee of technique for the smooth performance of robot aided instruction program on the billiard game.
