Public emergencies occur suddenly, destructive, harm seriously, safety engineering is one of the key research direction. But the public emergency response system research focuses on emergency aid organization, scheduling, vehicles, and aspects of emergency system information research relatively rare.Information is the most important resource of modern society, and also in public emergency rescue, information flow, acquisition and feedback is each emergency action, directly related to the emergency decision-making and emergency rescue success. This article mainly aims at emergency system information model, do the following aspects of research:1. Analyses the characteristics of public emergencies, classification, the information in the system of the research process, pointed out the problems in information transfer.2. In the research on the basis of information transfer process, abstracts the node-path-node model. According to the information transmission efficiency of the judgment standard, three pertinently put forward three evaluation index system for evaluating information transmission, respectively, accuracy, reliability of delay.3. Using analytic hierarchy process calculation of index system, the weight of each index value by statistics expert scoring, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can separately calculated the node, the path of the three indexes.4. Try to use the ant colony algorithm to optimize information transmission model, in certain system reliability, accuracy, the premise, through the analysis to find between two nodes meet the constraints of optimal path.5. Combining with actual situation in yulin city emergency system is analyzed from the Angle of information transfer optimization are put forward.
