With the improvement of technology.the railway vehicle has been an important part in the urban and inter-provincial traffic system. It has some advantages that such as large capacity,low noise.high speed,no cram,comfortable riding.energy saving.more economical and so on. With more and more people selecting to ride railway vehicle, it needs us to pay attention to the running stability and security of railwayvehicle and the stress,fatigue strength and service life of vehicle bogie.Doing Dynamic Stress Test for bogie has very important significances. It is to do fatigue analysis. After the site tracking detection for dynamic stress, it is necessary to do data processing. It is also necessary to do analysis and draw figures which will be compared with related standards based on the data that had been processed. So we can make sure whether the maximum main stress is higher than the allowable stress of materials at the use condition,and get the result that whether the life of every measuring point is unlimited. After all, we can get the life of bogie.In domestic, there is no professional commercial software which is related to data processing and analysis for the railway vehicle bogie. But in foreign softwares, the data interface provided by the existing same type commercial software can not match with the storage interface or storage format provided by dynamic strain gauge which is used in domestic. Before using the foreign related commercial software, it needs pre-treatment program which is developed by users. And the most of foreign related commercial softwares are not only expensive,but also hard to be operated. So it is very necessary to adopt dynamic stress test data processing software which is developed by ourselves.In this paper, it included a systematic and comprehensive exposition for the Dynamic Stress Test of bogie.In the first chapter, it introduced the relation between the bogie and the running security, and the important significance of doing the Dynamic Stress Test for bogie. It also introduced the important significance of the design of dynamic stress test data processing software, and the work in this paper. In the second chapter, it discussed the principle of the dynamic stress test and the theory of fatigue analysis. In the third chapter,it introduced the data processing software which was developed for the Dynamic Stress Test comprehensively.It contained development environment,features, architecture and the way of putting to effect for the core function,etc.The last chapter introduced doing the Dynamic Stress Test in the field which was based on the subway vehicle which had been produced by a electric locomotive Co., Ltd. The metro vehicle would be used on Mingzhu line of Shanghai subway and line 3 of Guangzhou subway. Through the test, the dynamic stress data of bogie was gotten. The more critical maximum main stress,two-dimensional loading spectrum and Goodman curve of key parts on the bogie were gotten through the data processing which was based on the self-developed data processing software.Following TB2638-2005 and TB2360-93,the result of test indicates that the maximum main stress of every measuring point is lower than the allowable stress of materials at the same use condition.Referring to the result of Goodman diagram, the fatigue life of every measuring point is unlimited.
