Intelligent space is an important research area, which integrates physical world and information space. It focuses on the natural human-computer interaction and environment-adapted dynamic evolution in order to assist users to accomplish task efficiently. Intelligent decision is a critical link in a whole intelligent space design. Intelligent decision-making process is such a process that does reasoning using known fact and Knowledge. A correct decision depends on good knowledge representation and reasoning mechanisms.The thesis based on intelligent decision-making system of traffic safety control, mainly carries on the research of the knowledge presentation method of the traffic safety control system, discussing the designing traffic safety control intelligent decision reasoning system. Firstly, the development of intelligent space and the relevant technology of intelligent decision-making are introduced, including reasoning, expert systems, Agent technology, knowledge acquisition and knowledge representation. Among these technologies, knowledge acquisition and knowledge representation are premise of decision-making reasoning, also are critical step.Knowledge is the basis of decision making, reasoning is the core of decision-making. For uncertainty, incomplete of decision-making, the thesis analyze a wide range of uncertainty reasoning methods, including case-based reasoning, credibility reasoning, evidence theory and fuzzy reasoning, and research production system the reasoning control strategy based on research production system. Furthermore, proposed reasoning that a multi decision-making collaborative control. The way of reasoning uses qualitative reasoning such as certainty, uncertainty reasoning and quantitative calculation methods, and then come out corresponding reasoning results. For the same goal, a number of inference engines may come out different reasoning results. In this paper, multi-method of decision information was researched in traffic safety control; the system puts forward several information fusion models, for example, weighted average fusion model, CF credibility of Fusion.Finally, the designing of traffic safety control intelligent decision system were researched, analyze system requirements business functions and overall structure of the module. The thesis emphasize the realization method of Case-Based Reasoning Machine, then take city bus intelligent dispatching for example, discuss the key technologies in traffic safety control intelligent decision system.
