With the rapid development of Internet technology, the B / S architecture model is more used on the deployment of the application . For example,the E-banking system, The E-portals.The e-commerce systems are the external provision of services .otherwise,the Internal service delivery system, it is more extensive, such as technology management system of the commercial bank, asset management systems for the , personal marketing system, internal portals,etc.By the B/S structure of the application system widely deployed and used,the customer base who used the applications is relatively large. In order to resolve the problem of the server's pressure bottleneck, the normal practice is used the server cluster mode in the commercial banks at the early. through the, multi-server mutual commitment to business processes, but because of all kinds of the factors, the cluster server's idle pressure is not very balanced.Thus, in recent years, with the load-balancing technology development,most applications of the commercial banks, B/S architecture application system are been moved to single-layer load-balancing environment. However, after the long-term IT operation and maintenance's sector researched and actual observed ,they finded that the single-layer load-balancing technology can only solve the B/S structure of the web layer of pressure and load-balancing problems, but the pressure imbalance is still exist in APP layer's server.and, in accordance with the current B/S three-tier architecture model, while increasing the number of APP server, colleagues, need a corresponding increase in the number of the same Web server, for the green, energy-saving point of view, the resule is not the commercial bank development strategy. Thus, on the based of single-layer load balancing, we prived the two-layer load balancing which is used in the B / S architecture application system .the way is the best practices for the two-tier loading.through the secondary development on the load-balance device and the change of the application,gradually form a client-based IP address two-tier load-balancing program and Cookie-based two-tier load-balancing program. through the Commercial banks's internal and external systems view of the pilot concluded, B / S structure application system with the two-layer load balacing is completely workable.
