Study And Design Of The System Of Video Monitor And Measure Distance

In industrial field, we need to monitor the production process by monitoring system and adjust the measured object in real time to ensure the production process safety and make it continuous. In recent years, Video monitor system is widely used in many application fields, the video monitor and measure distance system can display the object directly and make comparasion with the specified standard, and consequently adjust the object quickly. As one of the multimedia technology application fields, Video image overlapping is the associative product of the TV technology and computer technology. In this paper, the theory of image overlapping and camera calibration are analysed and then design a kind of video monitor and measure distance system, the major research work are as follows:(1) According to the specific requirements, based on MCU, gives a low-cost implemention scheme of the video monitor and measure distance system.(2) We designed the detailed circuits of every module, such as video input processing circuit, synchronization signal separation circuit and video output processing circuit. And then introduce the mudule software design and procedure of software development.(3) Debug the various parts of the circuit and the whole system based on hardware and software, and we compare a position-changed object with a straight line on the monitor to adjust it. At the end of this paper, analysis and prospect the whole system and its characteristics are stated.This system with small volume, high reliability, easily operation and low cost could meet the practical needs of engineering.
