Electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) is a visualization technology that can be applied to concentration measurement for the multiphase flow. It attempts to image the permittivity distribution of an object by measuring the electrical capacitances between sets of electrodes placed around its periphery, which is considered as a promising tomography technology due to its advantages such as high speed, low cost, high safety and non-intrusive sensing.In capter 4, Constrained Least-Square algorithm based on constrained optimization is deduced, whose objective is to minimize quadratic function. The solution got from the algorithm has better precision and bring fewer false shadow than original algorithms. However, it is more sensitive to gross error and has lower speed. Robust Estimation is a solution for sensitivity to gross error, so Robust Estimation algorithm is deduced in capter 5. It could get high-quality image in the condition that the electrical capacitance exists gross error.
