Image Segmentation Using Bionic Algorithm Based On Visual Nervous Process

This paper studies visual identification in nervous system, and proposes a new algorithm of image segmentation based on visual nervous process. The principles are dividing image into blocks, using simple processing units, building a tree-like structure, merging from bottom to top, marking from top to bottom, and uniting blocks. In experiments, this algorithm is more accurate but slower than others.
