After years of development, the Photoelectric sensor and it's application has infiltrated all aspects of human's life. With the continuous development, users are forward to get higher requirements, but the corresponding image capture and transmission display system's drive circuit, acquisition and transmission speed, interface to the deficiencies of human nature still need to be improved. On the other hand, in recent years, with the rapid development of electronic technology and computer technology, the imaging system is developing toward intelligent and miniaturization.Through in-depth study of the CCD theory and related imaging systems, based on the low-dimensional quantum structure of optical sensors that other members designed in the team, combined with Cortex-m3 and PC, and use USB2.0 bus for data transmission, I designed a gray-scale display system and achieved the real-time display in the paper. The whole system is divided into two parts:data collect system, the host display system. The data collect system is based on the stm32 microcontroller to complete all the work, including the use of microcontroller 10 simulations produce photoelectric sensor's driven timing, use of on-chip high-speed AD sampling and on-chip USB, so the system integration is very high; the host display system used DriverStudio+ddk to achieve USB device drivers, and use mfc to write host software, which not only accept and display collected data but also control the data collect system. The innovation of this paper is as follows:1. the design of the system. By using the latest arm Cortex-m3 and event-driven main program structure, the timing-driven module, ad sampling module and the USB transfer module within the microcontroller chip, the modules are all on-chip, and the modules communicate with each other through the system between the internal bus, so the speed and flexibility are good.2. USB transmission. According to the photoelectric sensor chip's characteristics. The system uses USB as the transport protocol, the maximum speed can reach 12m/s. The program is very flexible, when the photoelectric sensor develop to large array, the program only need small adjustments. The test shows that the system normal and stable, the functional modules to meet the preset requirements.
