In the ever-changing Internet Era with customer's growing demand on tailor-made solutions, enterprises are faced with greater-than-ever challenges. Notwithstanding the Business Process Reengineering remains the focus in a bid to achieve self-renovation and improvement of competitiveness, its high failure rate brings nightmare to many enterprises. Then how to change thus sharpen enterprises'competitive edge so as to adapt to the flat world filled with competition and seamless information transmission?The thesis analyzes the great challenges and risks facing enterprises such as Haier Group, as well as the value stories of some other enterprises home and abroad in term of Process and Informationization. The thesis embeds the theory of Business Process Reengineering and Informationization into the construction of Enterprises'Information Process Reengineering Management System("IPRMS"), in such a way to realize the conversion from informationization of enterprises to Informationized Enterprises.The thesis is presented on the ground of Haier's Business Process Reengineering called "Win-Win based Individual-Goal Combination "("WWIGC"), focuses on the crucial factors in the course of forming an effective reengineering management system, and concludes a sustainable, practical and effective system.The fostering the WWIGC motivates the employee's conversion from "being forced to work" to "proactively to work". As an evidence, Haier achieved 55% profit growth in 2009 over history, and fundamentally improved its overall competitiveness by way of many innovations. In the meantime, IPRMS, including the methodology model for sustainable optimization, has laid a solid foundation for Haier's ongoing development.The reengineering practice of Haier replenishes the currently lackluster content of mechanism lay-out and integration between business model and informationization in enterprises reengineering methodology, adds patterns to the practice and application of enterprises reengineering methodology and informationization theory, provides reference to enterprises transition, and brings new ideas to the prevalent discussion on "Enterprises Management Model under China's Culture".
