This paper employes the method of content analysis,supported by the theories of web communication,post-modernism,semiotics and so on, using the information of comsumption on the Sina home page to act as original material, analyzing from the survial,development to enjoyment,tradition,modern,post-modern and other dimension,and tries to find the concept of consumption culture which is demonstrated when the network media presents the information of the consumption and to find some problems existing when the network media presents the information of the consumption in order to provide some constructive ideas for us which can help us to build socialism consumption culture harmoniously and heathlily.
