In addition to as a " news distribution center" of the media features, Internet also has a huge bearing function of public opinion. As the "point of view of the distribution center" as well as "voice of the people of the distribution center", Internet makes ordinary people in China have such a wide range of equality and the right to speak in the first time, and the people focus on social and public affairs to discuss the incident, and form a network public opinion, and supervise the society.
