The Design And Realization Of Integrated Accounting System Of Jilin Unicom

China Unicom jilin branch(Jilin Unicom following), which is a branch of China Unicom in Jilin province, has the overall responsibility for China unicom in jilin region of telecommunication business and exert overall administrated function of the 9 city branch in whole province. Since it has been established in 1996, Jilin Unicom's IT supporting system is always the front rank in domestic. As the prior telecom company of phone bill accounting, it always renews and builds a series of IT business administrated system in the 15 years' developing experience and primarily forms existing integrated accounting system,and always in the advanced place.But with the development of times and Jilin Unicom's rapid expand, users and communicating data amounts will be rapidly increase in the foreseeable future and it has raised new requirements to the integrated accounting system in three aspects: technological level, facility standard and service requirement. Mainly expresses in three aspects:(Ⅰ)Technology, the existing BBS supporting system of Jilin Unicom was established in the end of last century and can not fit the latest requirements.Showed in the following five:(1)The aging of hardware and the function drops.The hardware equipment of existing on line acquisition system was bought in 2000, the using time of most equipment has much exceeded the defects liability period and the phenomenon of the aging of hardware is very obvious.(2)Acquisition servicer and accounting servicer is together. the mantaince of acquisition point will influence the opration of accounting system, the acquisition point is dispersed and hard to control.(3)The edition of the existing acquisition system is outdated.It can't adapt to the new business requirements control and administration function and remote configuration... (4)The part administration system which makes the whole integrated accounting system has no unified standard in its designing. Under the more and more business amount and higher and higher service requirements, it can not show its best function.(5)In the existing system,many of the system function parts han't been used because the service types of some business has changed, the resources it occuoies can't be released and because of the changing of exploiting platform and instruments, much increased the complication of system mantaining,so this kind of function parts must be changed.(Ⅱ)Business. Jilin Unicom has increased its business recently years, so need to change its supportingf system to a standard level:(1)Jilin Unicom take CDMA net in advance with China Unicom, becoming the mobile company which has G net and C net at the same time.Meanwhile, increased corresponding business hardware and software and its administration type.(2)The market department of China Unicom was given to China Telecommunication in 2008.Because of this, Jilin Unicom's business also has big changing.(3)In the same year, Chins Unicom and Chins Network Communication Corporation combined together, new Jilin Unicom established. While having one more time fast development, it faced new challenge in network business, bloc business and smart network business.(4)In more than ten years' development of Jilin Unicom, aiming at the conducting of new business, the company has conducted several times' research of IT supporting system, establishing several independent business supporting subsystem. It is so important to uinify the subsystems and establish a new business supporting system.(Ⅲ)Market.Jilin Unicom faces fierce competence with Jilin Mobile in one hand, on the other hand, the users of Jilin Unicom increses fast which always makes Jilin Unicom change its business supporting system foundamentally to fit market's requirements.To realize the above three requirements, Jilin Unicom open bidding to look for technological cooperative partner to conduct the research of Jilin Unicom's fifth integrating accounting progect and change the on line acquisition system under the technology from both domestic and abroad, meanwhile, unify several main subbusiness system to form a whole new, perfect and full functioning Jilin Unicom integrating accounting system.In this article, I mainly describe the three part of job in this project in details: (1) the designing of the changing in on line acquisition system in this project.Analysis and contract the seperation of on line acquisition system and accounting system and at last, establish a optimized system construction. (2)analysis and design the accounting and integrated accounting system in the progress of unifying business supporting system and summarise the successs by stages. (3) describe the plan of function testing to this project ang integrated accounting system.After two years' deep research, the team has finished the design of existing BBS system seperating acquisition system and raises a unified acquisition system type after acquisition system's independence. The team also designs the front acquisition part, centralmanaging part and network controlling part. The plan of changing this system has passed some technological departments' test and it's mow conducting, which forms a good foundation to the whole fifth integrating accounting system. With the finish of on line acquisition, Jilin Unicom's integrated accounting system begins its research of software system designing on time. In this project, we analysis and design 11 parts, including telecom business dealing, user's service dealing and corporation interior management of integrated accounting system. And paticularly introduced the bringing of one card system and credit managing system. In the progress of the project, the team carries on the unit test, integration test and test of adaption of VCR interface's technological standard according to diffrrent stages. In the three tests, integration test uses a new plan called restoring historical data form the data base of Jilin Unicom and finishes other three tests using this test plan: test of system progress dealing ability, test of system servicer supporting ability and conduct a intregrated test to the system using the data from februry, 2008. Results of these tests shows taht the progree of this project fits the plan of this project, to some extent in advanced and forms a good foundation for the further development.This article introduced the successes by stages that integrated accounting system(fifth) of Jilin Unicom has achieved, the development of some technologies in the existing system and reforms some outdated parts. Realize the plan's stage goal totally and to some extent, raises the unified fundation of the existing integrating accounting system of Jilin Unicom. At the time when it finishes, it will be in the advanced place and has some referential effect to the same work.
