Radio station is a mature technology for wireless communications, which is widely used in power load management system and information acquisition system. So radio station usually called power load management radio in the electrical industry.Adopting the idea of label switching, taking into account the actual needs random access, a new channel access method was proposed. Numerical control modules of master station and terminal station are designed and realized with software defined radio technology. The master radio station numerical control module is all-around compatible with existing radio stations, covering 230MHz full-duplex frequencies, running at multi-frequencies simultaneously and carrying on full-duplex communications in different rates and modulation modes. The numerical control module of terminal station is used to replace modem module of the former radio station to continue using the transceiver of the former radio, which makes full use of the existing equipments. The solution in this paper can take full use of the 230MHz wireless frequency resource, upgrade the capacity of system, increase the terminal access number, improve the reliability and flexibility of the communication mesh, and effectively decreases the upgrade cost at the same time.
