RFID technology uses radio frequency signals to realize objects and transfer information through space coupling (electromagnetic induction or electromagnetic transmission) without any contacting. Nowadays, RFID technology has been widely used in various fields, such as: trade, logistics, information and capital, etc. And with unprecedented speed rapid development, many countries have pay much more attention to it. Meanwhile, the research of RFID technology in the entrance of management system also tend to mature.Entrance guard system is an electronic automation system which adoptes modern electronic and information technology to control enters inside and outside the buildings, and refuse, record and alarm . Entrance guard system places magnetic door lock, electric installation or controller, the reader, etc in the building of the main parts of the important troops and needs a person to monitor in the central control room. It can locate, track and record traffic time by programming, so it can realize safety control of the entrance.Based on the reach of RFID technology and the basic principle of radio frequency cards, the paper puts forward the design methods of key devices access system--frequency cards reader,and analyzes the methods of the LAN access system networking.The main research content and work:1) Through investigation and based on the actual application needs, it puts forward specific design of access control system and the main available functions of host computer in this paper electronic key management, the query, operator, record of attendance management and jurisdiction of the management. Administrators can set and identify the extent of authority by using the entrance guard system identification of personnel and control the illegal entry directly, records and controlls the persong of every area in real time.2) It puts forward a LAN networking program for large enterprises and building access control system. Traditional access based on RS485 communication mode,so the transmission distance and the number of node is limited, and can not to realize remote control and intelligent management issues. The paper puts forward an desin based on TCP/IP network,.It can make more servers, workstations to participate in the management.3)The design of rf card reader can be divided into the hardware and software components The hardware part uses modular design thought, Based on modular design concept and read and write chip MFRC500 , combined with main control module AT89C52, RS232 interface circuit,it designs read / card hardware circuitv ,controls RF card and makes the communication between the central control machine come true.. After Systematic study of the MFRC500 reading and writing process,it uses c programming language to design lower computer programme and completed a read / IC card issuing device and the communication between the data exchange capabilities. Using VB6.0 and SQL2000 development system to develop a humane, high security host computer program.
