| Since May 2000, state archives administration officially approved that would establish the first archives website in Shenzhen, the archives website around China were established after another. Survey to the district and country town in Jinan city, the website has been basically established, but there's still a wide gap compare with convenient using network resource. Such archives website is still in the early stages of development. The archives website in district and country town in Jinan city should learn the thought of "Open Access" and the run mode of the world digital library and National Archives of the United States, in order to upgrade ourselves which form the city features of archives website. Thesis is divided into four parts, part one is a summary of theories. Take the district and country town in Jinan city for example, analysis the problems with the view to even more perfect. The second part is the technological development, which is improved well the website by five methods. The third section accounts that we should management and control the archives website real-time in order to safe, reliable, stable and efficient operation, in terms of safety of maintaining archives website and database system. The fourth part of the paper, mainly prospect the future of the archives website in Jinan city by two diagrams easy to understand, which should be seen frame construction of the website. In short, in the Rapid development age of information technology, file clerk should be strengthen the advanced technology and management concepts. Learning the thought of "Open Access" is to further implement the files of the New Open. Studying the pattern of the advanced archives website is to further widen the way of using service, which conform to the needs of modern society and offer the archives using service. Only in this way, the passion and enthusiasm of the utilization of archives can gradually be waked up. |
