In 1993, along with the United States Government National Information Infrastructure (referred to as NⅡ) plan, the use of Internet and related technologies to offer recruiters and job seekers a new human resources information services intermediary service mode, that is, jobs and recruitment network came into being. Now, with the application of Internet technology becoming increasing popular, coupled with advantages of job recruitment network in information dissemination speed, service costs, time investment, the network job recruit is favored by more and more people, and has become the most important recruitment methods.At the same time, in recentyears with the growing popularity of online recruitment, participants expanded rapidly and the explosive growth of information and the resulting information confusion lead to a series of problems. With increasing competitive pressures of employment and recruitment, current job seekers are no longer satisfied with simple job search methods like sending out resumes and the resume network share, individuals have higher expectation to the the network job recruiting services.Based on Soelberg and Kanfer's theoretical basis on the job search process definition, which is, the upcoming job search behavior is a goal-oriented activities rather than simply the job information search, the purpose is to reduce the gap between the status quo and the job expectation. Standing in the applicant's point of view, this paper explored relevant technique about online recruitment information, personalized recommendation, aiming to help job seekers getting information with high accuracy and more immediate, and to adopt a more rational approach to personal resume delivery. Several works are carried out in this research:network job seekers' recruitment process model, strategies for network job personalized recommendation, network job seekers' will model, evaluation model of job seekers' recruitment results, network job seekers' competitiveness evaluation model and online recruitment personalized recommendation techniques. On this basis, a personalized recommendation prototype system is designed and implemented to evaluate the aforementioned work.Personalized recommendation technology is just emerging in recent years. Influenced by complex situations, personalized recommendation is quite a challenging work. Due to time and personal limitation, the research may have inadequacies, which will be improved in the follow-up study.
