Research On The Methods To Construct Zero Correlation Zone Sequence Pair Set

With the rapid development of science and technology, the perfect discrete signal and its design are becoming more and more important in many systems, such as wireless communications and radar. The zero correlation zone sequence is a kind of perfect signal that has been developed in recent years. and it is of ideal correlation characteristic in synchronization error scope. It is applied to AS-CDMA system, and extend the exist space of perfect signal. Therefore, it is of great significance in theory and application to study zero correlation zone sequences deeply.The paper does some research in the methods to construct zero correlation zone sequence pair set, based on the research currently available on zero correlation zone sequence, and a series of achievements have been obtained. First, the paper presents the basic concepts, correlation properties and applications in the signal process and communication system of sequence pair.. Second, the paper presents the basic concept, property, and prerequisite for the existence of zero correlation zone sequence pair. Further, the paper presents the basic concept, property, and theory bound of zero correlation zone sequence pair set.Third, the paper proposes two kinds of methods to construct zero correlation zone sequence pair set on the basis of the basic interleave theory. The first method proposes a method to construct a kind of zero correlation zone sequence pair set which consists of two subsets. A property of the proposed zero correlation zone sequence pair set is that the cross-correlation function between two arbitrary sequence pairs which belong to different subsets has quite a large zero-cross-correlation zone. Each subset is a zero correlation zone sequence pair set of which the family size is half of the original one. The second method is to construct new zero correlation zone sequence pair set from zero correlation zone sequence pair set by recursion using interleave technology, and the zero correlation zone and the new zero correlation zone sequence pair set are much longer than the original one.At last, the paper proposes a new special zero correlation zone sequence pair set, which is approximate perfect sequence pair set, and a method to construct it by DFT.
