The Realization Of Collaborative Design Platform And The Research On Access Control

Collaborative design system is a web-based distributed system, it must ensure that legitimate users have abilities to access data during appropriate task time, the request of illegal users should be prevented, while also to ensure that important information are shared based on mutual trust in a group approach. The goal of the access control system is to ensure the security of data resources and improve coordination efficiency. Therefore, access control becomes a key technology in collaborative design system. In this paper, through conducting comprehensive analysis and comparison of the existing access control strategies at home and abroad, the access control problems of the collaborative design were studied in depth.Firstly, researched on the organizational structure of the access control, designed a project-based collaborative design organizational structure, and resolved the coordinate complexity of various inter-agencies, the difficulty of information exchange, long design cycle and other problems. Designed the structure of visual document directory tree, facilitated the sharing of user access and editing.Secondly, designed the VPN solution for collaborative design, it can ensure the security of network data transmission, save enterprise cost, improve business efficiency.Thirdly, researched on the access control model, analysis the special needs for access control of collaborative design system, compares the advantages and disadvantages among the existing several access control model, designed a collaborative design system for access control model CDAC Model.Finally, this paper partly gives the design and relevance of data tables in database of the access control system, describes the access control system and achievement of remotely modify the drawings features. Using the above-mentioned management method, the method can ensure the safety of the co-design system.
