Human society entered the since the 1990s, digital watermarking technology and information hiding and rapid development, and cause the attention of people. However, tracking messages hidden by the predecessor is steganographic methods development, the development of steganographic methods to now has hundreds of years of history. In the 1990s because of the network and multimedia technology, digital watermarking technology has developed rapidly, and thus more watermarking technique on a new step. Information hiding technology is mainly applied in some information, such as the protection of important military departments to ensure safety information, not to be found. Digital watermark is to protect some works copyright and the ownership of the digital works copyright pirates in these works, to prevent the release at the same time for him. This paper uses the singular value decomposition and combining wavelet transform technology for hiding, first will hide image scrambling technology using diamond scrambling, the image enhancement secret not visible, choose different matrix, with the template matrix hashing template, the effect is bigger, then using wavelet decomposition technique, the low frequency and high frequency watermark image of energy coefficients, mainly concentrated in the low frequency part, so it will be a secret image hidden in the low frequency part, the carrier image watermark image that can improve robustness, using the singular value decomposition (SVD) will be a secret image R,G,B three layers of the carrier image hidden in respectively, R,G,B three layers, the experiments show that the method has good robustness against attack ability, improve the embedded information.
