As we all know, the traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis is through the clinic staff physicians 'Qiemo' diagnosis. Have sex with a certain degree of subjective assumptions, its diagnosis and TCM physician experience and the prevailing state of a great relationship. As electronic technology and computer technology, Pulse objectification become a reality. We are guided by safe, practical, and reliable principles, design and development of a set of information based on microcontroller AT89C52 the pulse of the acquisition and processing system, its main contents are as follows:(1) Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine pulse diagnosis theory, has designed a PVDF pulse sensors and a combination of pre-amplifier unit, used to accurately detect the pulse of information.(2) The pulse signal conditioning for the completion of the multi-level amplification and filtering circuitry; and a AT89C52 microcontroller and analog-digital conversion chip AD1674 as the core of the data acquisition circuit and to support the USB2.0 interface standards as the core of the CH375 chip USB interface control circuit design.(3) Completed the SCM procedures and USB driver and to Visual C + + software for the PC-platform application development and design.(4) MATLAB-based software design of FIR digital filter, to read the data de-noising, reduced noise, improved signal to noise ratio. And digital filtering circuit is simulated.This system can capture dynamics of the human body pulse information, has some practical value.
