Water shortages and serious uneven spatial and temporal distribution don't avoid the difficulties in a sustainable development of China. With the widespread use of automated monitoring technology and network technology, water supply systems are gradually integrated with intelligent automation of water supply operation scheduling strategies, and set control, operation, management and efficient management in one. It has very important significance for improving economic growth.The background of the subject is Beijing water supply system. To some practical problems, such as uneven distribution of water resources and difficult to deploy, using dynamic programming and large scale system decomposition and coordination techniques, and set up a water scheduling model. Assurance the premise of system that is safe and reliable operation, according to changes in water demand, water wells set optimal operating conditions, making the water supply system to meet user needs, and reasonable allocation of resources, the lowest energy consumption. Compared to traditional water supply system, energy savings is more than 10%. Meanwhile, according to the scheduling model and with the actual condition of water supply systems, optimal control strategy can be drawn, thus this paper design a fuzzy controller for optimal scheduling of water resources. That is that according to changes of water supply, fuzzy controller automatically develop strategies for the opens strategy unit of water wells, reasonably allocate water resources, and ensure the efficient operation of all units in the state, thereby reducing power consumption.Scheduling of water resources need to control the system to coordinate, so researching the water control system. Control system is built in the laboratory. The system consists of flow sensors, PLC, inverter, sync switch, analog pump composition and so on. The main components are studied, and vector control methods on the theoretical simulation is also studied. The conclusion is that pumps by vector frequency drive, speed range of the control system is large, startup torque is large during low speed, and fast response, and high accuracy (only type choice). In order to give the system a better performance, research its control strategy, and a constant correction factor of fuzzy self-adjusting PID controller is designed, and is verified by Matlab simulation. Compared to PID, fuzzy control strategy, results show that the controller has a short rise time, small overshoot, short settling time, well steady state accuracy, well robustness and so on.Based VPN-Internet network scheme and with the Internet configuration software, combined with water scheduling model and the structure of control systems, scheduling and control system for water verification is carried out. It achieves the desired effect.Through research of this topic to discuss optimal operation of a water supply scheme, I design a water supply scheduling control system for saving water resources, and it improves water management efficiency of enterprises, and reduces production costs, and speeds up construction of water supply industry information, and provides some helpful technical solutions. This research can also be used for cross-boundary optimal resource control systems.
