Humanity's society has experienced from the Agricultural Age to the progress ofthe Industrial Age , and then from the Industrial Age to the spanning of the informationage, and now it towards to the conceptual age. In this new era, the dominant abstract,linear, logical way of thinking is still necessary while it is no longer able to meetpeople's needs, however, the new way of thinking which had been underestimated andneglected emotional , the innovative, imaginative, scenarios will increasingly be ableto decide who will advocate ups and downs in the future of the world. . This newmode of thinking is"sense of creation"which includes design,story, symphony,empathy, play, meaning.In our country, Conceptual Creativity has already combined with education and itwill bring about a newly, significantly and influentially educationalmethod----Conceptual Education which is a rising conceptual star over China. In orderto introduce it into creation of children's TV programs as a new method, this thesismainly analyzes and researches as the following:Firstly, the thesis analyzes the connotation of Conceptual Creativity, itsapplication, and its relationship with children, at the same time advances the possibilityand feasibility which is applied to produce children's TV programs.Secondly, the thesis summarizes some problems which may exist in children's TVprograms in order to expound the necessity of utilizing Conceptual Creativity inproducing children's TV programs.Thirdly, the thesis refines"Conceptual Creativity Elements' Analyzing andCoding Schedule"according to request of Content Analysis Method and combiningwith the elements and characteristics in common remarkable children's TV programs.Fourthly, the thesis chooses Mini Teddy and Sesame Street as research subjectswhich tally with the standard of Zero to Six Green Cartoon and are popular amongparents and children, and analyzes them according to Conceptual Creativity Elements' Analyzing and Coding Schedule to find out the regularity of using ConceptualCreativity' elements.At last, the thesis summarizes research achievements and contribution, lodges theexisting problems and further objects and directions in the search to give somesuggestions for children's TV programs producing.
