In this paper, related to a comprehensive theoretical analysis and experimental study of laser marking machines for the two-headed optical problems.In this paper, using LD side-pumped laser, the design-concave resonator type, in the cavity length of 450mm, working current of 30A, to obtain a stable laser output of 80W. using A-0 Q-switch, got adjusted the measured laser output characteristics, conducted a theoretical analysis with combined with experimental results.Designed a double-head laser marking machine sub-beam system. For the two-beam energy deviation is greater than marking the demands of the design of energy-conditioning, won the two-beam energy output deviation < 2% and the parallel laser beam, reached double-headed marking machine requirements.Construction of the BIV system and the APC system. BIV system solves the problem of marking the workpiece deflection error, APC system measurement accuracy of better than 5%. improve their ability to the laser marking machine in-line observation and energy automation ,improve the marking of the grade.
