Wireless sensor network research has focused on the energy-constrained sensor nodes to achieve a simple environmental data (such as temperature, humidity, light intensity, etc.) collection, processing and transmission. However, environment becomes more and more complex, the traditional sensor networks become too simple to satisfy the people's demand . Wireless sensor networks an urgent need to collect, transmit large volumes of data images,video information, with accurate information in order to achieve the environmental monitoring data.Because the video images information is enormous, the wireless networks are difficult to transmit all information. In the study, we avoid this difficulty, using Mean Shift Algorithm to identify video images, the networks only deal with the location of a moving target. First I establish a simple six sensor nodes sensor network model, then based on the basic definition of LELB to calculate the energy efficiency of several CBR flows and propose improvement measurement of energy balance. Video Sensor Networks Selected MAC-layer communication model, and then using the NS-2 simulation software, and simulating the establishment of sensor network, obtaining the dynamic nam map, remaining nodes map, receiving data map of center node, network consumes energy map. The basic definition of the use of LELB to explain the simulation results. After these processing, it is getting energy efficiency and energy balance of a sensor network information.
