Aiming at the center deviation of instruction laser and the work laser of present laser micromanipulator, this article has designed a kind of micromanipulator with adjustable work distance, and the instruction laser with work laser strict consistent.This article introduced classification of laser, discussed application in biomedicine, as well as the development in domestic and foreign state. Through comparison the good and bad effects for each kind of laser to the human body, we has chosen the type of instruction laser and the work laser. Using the achromatism characteristic of reflecting system, we has used the Schwarzschild structural to design the objective lens of laser micromanipulator. It uses optical software ZEMAX to debug ,optimize and make comments on image quality of the optical system structural parameters of objective, and use multi-structure function to realize the work distance adjustable.By means of this design, each target of micromanipulator meets the requirements, the work distance can adjust from the 200mm to 400mm, the instruction laser and the work laser can coincide closely, and the facula size is smaller than request 0.16~4.6mm, satisfies the medical needs.
