This paper study underwater acoustic signal processing of the open channel flow monitoring. Given the current open channel flow characteristics and shortcomings, This paper studed the measurement of open channel flow with underwater acoustic signals. Velocity measurements in water use continuous wave measurements, according to Doppler frequency calculation of water velocity; Pulse signal measurement of water depth, matched filter detection of echo signals, in order to estimate the depth of water in a drainage. In this paper, there are three aspects:1.Underwater acoustic signal flow measurement method:Advantages and disadvantages of hardware and software in Doppler frequency extraction; The analysis and improvement methods of detailed spectral characteristics;Dynamic tracking measurement methods to achieve high-resolution velocity measurements; In the depth of measurement, analysis of advantages and disadvantages of several methods of measuring depth, focusing on the use of matched filter detection principle of the echo.2. DSP-based prototype system integration. Including data acquisition design and signal processing algorithms in the DSP on the transplant. In order to improve the real-time processing capabilities of digital systems, this paper adopts DMA and the CPU-based DARAM parallel approach. Migrate to the algorithm, the main contents, including floating-point switch to fixed-point operations, spectral analysis and matched filter algorithm.3. Experiments are given to verify the correctness of prototype.
