Research And Implementation On Resource And Privilege Management Of Product Design Process

At present, CAD software and CAPP system has been extensively used to improve the design efficiency of a refrigeration enterprise. However, because of the lack of resource management during the process of product design, which causes the design drawings scattered in the designers' individual computers, thus, the enterprise lacks of product design knowledge sharing which makes inconvenient to reuse design resource and difficult to ensure data security and accuracy. In order to resolve the above issues, this paper through analyzing the requirements of the enterprise and taking product data management (PDM) as the guide theory, presents a product design resource management system, and it also describes in detail for the general architecture of the system, privilege management, product structure and document version management, and related resources integrated design.In the privilege management module, according to secure access requirements, it divides into two aspects of access control, which consisted of object-oriented access control and process-oriented access control. For the object-oriented access control, this paper based on role-based access control (RBAC) theory, defines the operations of system as privileges. Furthermore, the static access control function is given. For the process-oriented access control, this paper describes an access privilege control based on project and document, even including dynamic authorization for an operation process, moreover, the dynamic access control function is also given. This module ensures the system security, which matches the actual demands of the enterprise.In the product structure and document version management module, this paper first describes document management process in enterprise based on product structure, and then through analyzing the cause for document redundant version during product design process, this paper presents regulation system that can manage product structure version and document version at the same time. The regulation can effectively solve the redundant problem in physical storage caused by multi-version documents, and documents are stored in different folders on a physical hard disk according to the different versions of product structure. In programming process, control lock method is proposed that can avoid the redundancy version, and corresponding flow diagram of document modification is given.In the system's resources integration module, this paper designs the integrated interfaces for the existent product data, printing management and task messages of the product design resource management system. Due to these integrated interfaces, this system achieves a seamless connection with the systems which already exist. This system can integrate the exist product's data, and solve the bottleneck problems when implementing this system. Furthermore, it can remind the user to complete their tasks on time.At present, this system has been running well in enterprise. According to the running result, this system can effectively manage the data information in enterprise, which ensures the security and accuracy of the information that comes from the process of product design. Moreover it also improves the design efficiency of enterprise, and makes a good foundation for the enterprise informatization.
