Oil and Gas are nonrenewable resource and also the important strategic mineral resource. They are related to the state enconomy, the social development and even the national security. There are so many countries scrambling for the oil, so the price of the natural oil influences the domestic oil price more than before. As the development of state enconomy, the domestic oil production can't meet the demand, and oil import has to make up the shortage. So our country will quicken the pace of seismic exploration for oil and gas. Furthere more our country has a wide offshore strip, and it has rich resource of oil and gas, so the offshore oil will be the important part of the oil increasement.Because of our offshore exploration technology's weakness, our marine seismic equipments are mainly imported, which constraints the development of oil industry too much. Therefore 863, the National Hi-tech Research and Development Program, began in 2001 a project of research on development of offshore exploration equipments. Our lab is responsible for the research and development of the Time-lapse Marine Seismic Data Acquisition and Recording System, which is a sub task of the project. After the complete of this task, as the continued task of the project, our lab takes the charge of the development of High Resolution Marine Cable-Based Seismic Data Acquisiton System. My thesis is based on this research background.The High Resolution Cable-based Marine Seismic Data Acquisiton System is made up by marine acquisition part and inside recording part.My thesis demostrats the design of Qualify Controll and Data Recording Workstation Software, which is the terminal unit of the Inside Recording System. This thesis is composed by 8 charpters,whose abstracts are listed below:Chapter 1 is the introduction of the thesis. It is started with the background of the project. Then it introduces the seismic exploration method. At last, the thesis meaning and main contents are presented.Chapter 2 mainly introduces the High Resolution Cable-based Marine Seismic Data Acquisiton System. First, it describes the system's constructure and summarizes the index requirements of marine acquisition part and inside recording part. Finally, more details about the each part of inside recording system are demonstrated.Chapter 3 begines the Qualify Controll and Data Recording(QR) Software's main body designing. First, the demand analysis is listed. Then according to the demand, the software's architecture is demonstrated. At last, the thesis describes the QR software's realization, which includes software & hardware platform and the running modes. Chapter 4 points out the details of the software's modules, which can show readers the process of realizing this software. The modules are bus interface, Ethernet communication, data processing, display, storing and Qualify Controll test algorithm.Chapter 5 presents the forecast of the QR software's design in multi-cable-based system. This chapter provides some advises on the software's improvement in high data rate system. This part will help the software's future design.Chapter 6 is the software's evalution. The evalution includes lab testing and marine experiment testing. The former one tests the modules'availability and the latter one tests the software's high reliability.Chapter 7 is the summarization of the thesis. It points out the author's work and the thesis'high lights. Then it presents the possible direction of future amendment.
